A system that gathers environmental news and complaints in one place so ministry staff can search them by topic, save and prioritize them in a personal library, and export reports to PDF or Excel. Built at Universidad Nacional and formally handed over to Costa Rica's Ministry of Environment and Energy (MINAE).
Role: Lead developer. Responsible for the system architecture and the development of the frontend, backend and database.
